As Stemilt’s Cherry Packout Specialist, you help keep our operation running smoothly by verifying and organizing critical data collected from the cherry lines for Grower Run. This role supports over 3,000 Stemilters and is essential to delivering extraordinary customer service at every level, in addition to the core responsibilities below:
· Entering data to create grower cherry packouts.
· Reviewing information for accuracy and overall reasonableness.
· Identifying, reporting, and assisting in the resolution of data discrepancies.
· Running reports and organizing or archiving related documentation.
· Collecting and storing bin tags in designated carts.
· Communicating with production lines regarding packout issues.
· Filling and retrieving paperwork as needed.
· Assisting with the creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports.
· Ensuring the timely completion of all other assigned duties.
Reports to: Grower Accounting Manager

Experience:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience in fruit industry, especially with cherries, preferred
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Qualified individuals must be flexible with the working schedule as well as willing to work weekends when necessary.
· Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
· Proficient in math with strong ten‑key skills
· Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
· Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
· Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to deliver high quality results with an exceptional transparent, consultative, and partnering attitude
· Ability to interact and connect with all Stemilters
