Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year Round

Location: Repack - NDC

Working Shift: Night Shift

Hours & Work Days: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

These positions will require a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications:

· Must have knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.

· Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions.

· Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure

· Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have knowledge of pack schedules.

· Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.

· Must have basic computer skills.

Duties:

· Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.

· Be a team leader and motivate the line.

· Adjust line speed.

· Monitoring cost per box.

· Ensure tickets in are cleared.

· Monitor quality of production.

· Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
