Summary:
This individual will be responsible to shepherd the H2a workers (local and guest) upon arrival to the company housing and/or hotel facilities in the corresponding contract. Coordinate with ranch manager that the workers needs are met. Oversee the safety of the occupants and ensure that labor housing is maintained, and rules are followed by performing the following duties. Will be traveling to and from multiple ranch locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Communicate clearly with employees with the house patrols.
· Perform diverse duties: light to moderate repairs
Carpentry & Remodeling: Building cabinets, repairing drywall (patching holes, sanding), and fixing doors, windows, or locks.
Repairs and Maintenance: Fixing broken items, patching drywall, painting, repairing doors, windows, and flooring.
Systems Maintenance: Servicing minor plumbing (clogged drains, leaky pipes), electrical (replacing bulbs, outlets, switches), and HVAC (replacing filters) components.
· Oversee cleanliness of housing facilities and premises by performing the following duties:
· Conduct monthly inspections (or more frequently as needed) of Stemilt housing units for needed services and responds to service and repair requests in a timely matter to the Drive employees living in housing to medical appointments as needed.
· This position requires a willingness to work non-traditional shift hours, and the ability to be on call after-hours for housing related requests or emergencies.

Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to write simple correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
· First Aid Certification
· Valid Driver’s License
Other skills and abilities:
Technical Proficiency: Skilled use of hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels) and a broad knowledge of basic home systems.
· Great communication skills with clients (workers) and public.
· Knowledge of CPR
