Employment Type: Seasonal / Full-Time-Temporary (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range: $17.13 – $17.98 USD per hour (DOE)

Position Summary:

Join our production team that brings fresh cherries from harvest to market! As a Cherry Line Worker, you’ll play a key role in packing and preparing high-quality fruit while helping maintain top food safety and production standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pack cherries into bags and boxes according to quality standards.

• Bag and seal cherry containers.

• Place lids on boxes and prepare product for shipment.

• Inspect product for quality and remove defects.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Follow supervisor instructions and production quotas.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds .

• Ability to work long shifts, including overtime during peak season.

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Cold and wet working conditions.

• Fast-paced production setting.

• Exposure to food processing equipment.

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and any other required safety gear.

Schedule Requirements:

• Flexible schedule required.

• Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak harvest.

• Overtime paid in accordance with Washington State law.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage range listed above in compliance with Washington State pay transparency requirements.

• This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime in accordance with Washington State law.

• Overtime eligibility as required by state law.

• Workers’ compensation coverage provided through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

• 401 K with up to a 4% employer contribution.

• Paid Time Off hours will accrue as outlined in the Employment Handbook.
