Location: Mattawa North – Agricultural Services
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday; May vary depending on harvest.

• Responsibilities/ Duties: include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• Communicate direction from orchard managers to the employees
• Supervise and train orchard labor employees.
• Discipline employees when needed.
• Scan employees’ work ID badges to record their shifts worked, as well as bins per employee.
• Complete appropriate administrative paperwork.
• Address any attendance issues or call ins with employees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for any employee concerns or complaints.
• Enforce Stemilt safety rules and standard operating procedures with employees.
