Number of openings: 1 Full Time, Year Round
Location: Quincy Office ; Ag Services
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday- Friday; Some weekends required. Hours may vary depending on harvest.

• Responsible for purchasing orders.
• Keeps accurate records for Safety.
• Will monitor SQF program (Food Safety Program).
• Gathering information from (and provide to) various departments, summarize and distribute.
• Monitoring, implementing and supporting company policies and procedures.
• Payroll entry.
• Availability of hour variation (early start, late nights).
• Provide business support for satellite offices.
• Support management in monitoring contractual obligations.
• Tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of production records.
• Management of equipment of related issues.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to provide support and project coordination.
• Ability to problem solve, be flexible and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Be able to analyze/prioritize issues and ensure effective solutions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, co-workers & vendors.
• Must demonstrated organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED, preferably 2 years of college education.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook, Power Point a plus.
• Demonstrated professional telephone skills.
• Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner; communicate effectively with co-workers, customer, and public.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.
