Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Regular
Location: Quality Assurance
Working Shift: Night Shift
Hours & Work Days: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday - Friday; some weekends required. May vary depending on production.

• Assist QA Manager & Supervisor in daily operations.
• Will cover QC position if their off schedule.
• Assign work duties to QC staff.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.
• Monitor Line QC’s to insure grade specifications are being met.
• Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.
• Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.
• Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.
• Evaluate and insure individual customer standards are met.
• Maintain inventory awareness.
• Provide excellent customer services.
• Train new employees.
• Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good leadership abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to supervise/train employees.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Oracle, Discover and E-Time knowledge is a plus.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Bilingual is a plus.
