Location: Maintenance – Old Station Plant
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

This position will require a pre-employment drug test.

• Will be logging in all maintenance that is performed.
• Will also be working with chemicals on the line.
• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Starts devices to test their performance.
• Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
• Analyze equipment for preventative maintenance
• Maintain date information for packing lines, including completion
• Organize parts, machinery and line items.
• Maintain current training for new equipment or machinery.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

Requirements:

Qualified individual must have record keeping skills; be proficient in Word, Excel

• Must have math, organizational, and phone network skills.
• Must be detail oriented for accuracy while working under deadlines.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Good attendance and be flexible with working schedule.
• Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Must have basic hand tools for equipment disassembly, including hand grinder.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Must have or obtain forklift and ladder certification.
